Our products are carefully selected and come exclusively from leading uk manufacturers. If you still are not satisfied with your purchased product, let us know in writing by return. Each complaint will be confirmed within 24 hours by us and we aim to solve this within 5 working days. Of course we will keep you informed during checkout.


Any unopened item may be returned within 14 days in original packaging if possible and the full amount will be reimbursed. Before returning your unwanted or damaged items, please first contact us.
For this reason we ask you to take a picture of the product and to send it to us.
Fresh products may not be returned

Sale of alcohol

According to the current Dutch law, the sale of alcohol to young people under 18 years old are prohibited. By placing your order you are confirming over 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel the contract unilaterally in case of doubt. Alcohol is only sent to addresses in Netherlands. A maximum of 6 bottles per order. Email us for shipping costs for larger numbers.
This is also the reason why we all send it by registered letter seen so you must sign at the time that the package and agree that you are over 18 years of age.

Food allergy

We ask you the ingredients to the outside of the package read carefully prior to consumption. Bob’s Groceries is in no way liable for the negligence of these. If in doubt you can always contact us. On your behalf we will approach the relevant manufacturer and your question.

The environment

Where possible we use eco-friendly products and used packaging. The fill material in our packaging is Pelaspan Bio. This not only protects your shipment, but is also made from only natural ingredients, 100% biodegradable and compost completely Honorable.

In these conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal;
Consumer: the natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and an agreement on away with the entrepreneur;
Day: calendar day;
Duration transaction: a distance contract in connection with a series of products and/or services, whose delivery and/or purchase obligation in time is spread;

1. these general conditions apply to all offers of the entrepreneur and on every established contract between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
2. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions to the consumer. Article 5-the contract

1. The agreement is subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, at the time the consumer accepts the offer and comply with the corresponding conditions.
2. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the trader will immediately confirm receipt of the electronic acceptance of the offer. Until receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, the consumer may rescind the contract.
3. If the contract is concluded electronically, the trader will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and will ensure a secure web environment.
If the consumer can pay electronically, the trader will appropriate security measures.
4. the economic operator may-within statutory frameworks-about the consumer’s ability to fulfill his payment obligations, as well as all facts and factors that are important for a responsible conclusion of the distance contract. Upon delivery of products:

1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the ability to dissolve the contract, without giving reasons for 14 days. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer and to the.

b. the supply of which started with the explicit consent of the consumer before the withdrawal period has expired;
c. on betting and lotteries.

Article 9-the PRICE

1. During the period mentioned in the offer prices of the products and/or services are not increased, except for price changes due to changes in tax rates.
2. by way of derogation from the previous paragraph, the trader may products or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market and where the entrepreneur’s control, with variable prices. These fluctuations and the fact that any price mentioned in the offer.

Article 12-DURATION TRANSACTIONS duration, cancellation and RENEWAL

Package 0 – 20 KG (incl. packing material) via post € 6.95 * in the Netherlands. Order amount above € 15.-
Package 20 – 30 KG (incl. packing material) via post € 7.95 *

If a package is heavier than 30 kg (including packing material) a sequenced package created.
€ 6.95 for each subsequent packet is calculated, there are no restrictions on quantities.

Belgium and Germany
Package 0 – 30 KG (incl. packing material) via TNT post € 7.95 * to Belgium and Germany.

To a radius of 40 km from Arcen we charge € 6.95 incl. VAT with a minimum order amount of € 50.00
If you wish that we deliver in a different location, this is also possible. To do this, we charge € 0.19 per km. (we deliver several days a week by appointment only)
