Goldensheaf Standard Batter Mix 16kg THIS IS A COMPLETE BATTER MIXTURE - JUST ADD COLD WATER.
DIRECTIONS. 1. Always use COLD water. 2. We recommend 1 - 1 1/4 pints (1/2 - 3/4 litre) of COLD water to each approximate 1lb (454 g) of the mixture. 3. Add the mixture to the cold water GRADUALLY, stirring briskly all the time until you achieve YOUR desired smooth consistency. This applies to both hand and machine mixing. 4. If you use an electric mixer DO NOT over mix, 1 1/2 - 2 minutes is sufficient mixing time. Over mixing can result in flat batter. 5. IMPORTANT: When mixed batter is not in use, keep in a cold place, (bottom of refrigerator for preference). Never allow batter to become tepid.
