Cooking Instructions (general): Microwave but can also be heated on the hob. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.. Hob (from ambient): Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over moderate heat, stirring occasionally. Do not boil or overheat as this will impair the flavour. Check food is piping hot. Moderate heat 3-4 mins. Microwave (from ambient): Before heating: Empty contents into a microwaveable container. During heating: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. Full power: Cat D 750w 3 1/2 mins Full power: Cat E 850w 3 mins.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer contents to a non-metallic container, refrigerate and use within 2 days. For best before end: see end of can.
