Cooking Instructions (general): Microwave but can also be heated on the hob. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.. Hob (from ambient): Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over moderate heat for 3 - 4 mins, stirring occasionally. Do not boil or overheat as this will impair the flavour.. Microwave (from ambient): Before heating: Empty contents into a microwaveable container. During heating: Heat on full power for 2 1/2 mins (Cat D 750w) or 2 mins (Cat E 850w), stirring halfway through. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving. Do not reheat once cooled..
